I have been involved in the wedding and events industry for nearly 10 years, planning, styling and managing many events through my business Events By Kate. I am so grateful for the past decade as it has lead me to this next chapter of my journey. I did not appreciate what ‘ living your purpose’ meant until I completed my celebrant licence and began officiating weddings and farewell se

rvices (funerals). Whether I am marrying you and your soul mate or helping you honour the life of your loved one, it will be a privilege supporting you in this personal and intimate time.

It did take us a while to find the right celebrant but from the very first moment we met Kate, we just knew we were in great hands! Your warmth, kindness, and genuine love for what you do came through in every conversation, making us feel so comfortable. You took the time to get to know us and our story, crafting a ceremony that was not only stunning but also deeply personal and meaningful to us. And continued to be incredibly patient when a certain groom was a bit slack with his vows.

On our wedding day, your calm and joyful presence added such a special touch. The way you spoke, the care in your words, and the love you shared on our behalf made the whole ceremony feel truly unique to us. You captured our journey, our silliness, and our love so beautifully, it truly was everything we could have asked for.

So many of our guests commented on how heartfelt and unique the ceremony was, and that’s all thanks to you and how comfortable you made us both! You helped make our day absolutely unforgettable, and we can’t thank you enough.

So, what’s my style? My couples often describe it as warm, calming, and genuine ~ with a relaxed, joyful presence, a polished flow, and just the right touch of fun.
