There is no competition, the vows are my favourite part of the ceremony 😍🥰😍

It’s the time when the magnitude of what they are doing hits home (in a good way, not a omg-get-me-out-of-here way). It’s the moment they get to tell the other person exactly how much they mean to them, and say things that we struggle to find the words for in our every day lives. It’s the moment they realise how bloody lucky they are to have found someone they want to walk through the rest of their life with, because something like that is pretty amazing.

And when the tears come, because they always do, it’s difficult to find a dry eye in the house. Because as a guest, it makes you feel on top of the world to see someone you love be so happy.

Vows start, cue tears.
From everyone. 😭❤️😭

Except me and that one time I was laughing because he said something funny and I hadn’t realised he was crying yet…😶

But honestly, this is what gold moments are about, and that’s why the ceremony itself can become one of the best memories you share together. If done well, it is magic.

I also love the ‘quick Stephanie just take the mic!!’ photo - it’s ok, I got your back 💪🥲🥰

How gorgeous are these two?! 😍😍😍 this beautiful pair were married in a small intimate ceremony with family and friends, as a surprise!! One week later, the newlyweds hosted a celebration with extended family and friends. Anything that allows a bride to wear their dress twice is a yes from me 🙋‍♀️

Both ceremonies were beautiful and different. The first was more traditional, sentimental and joyous. The second was fun, sassy and exciting, ending with an escape room activity to try and get the rings out of the multiple locked boxes - so good!🕵️‍♀️

I loved working with Joel and Sarah, there were many laughs, many moments where we brainstormed awesome ideas, and worked really well together to create two ceremonies that reflected who they are and what they wanted their special days to be.

🧐🤨🥸 what’s this you ask? Well, it’s an interactive escape room activity where the guests had to solve riddles and find clues to unlock two boxes to find the wedding rings 🤯

I loved it, the guests loved it - it was just fabulous. A big congratulations to and for creating an awesome, unique part of your wedding celebration that no one will ever forget - I absolutely loved officiating both your marriage and wedding celebration.

How cute is this photo?? I am just in love with it 😍

I almost love it as much as this beautiful couple who were married on Saturday, much to the surprise of their family and friends! Whilst they all thought they were meeting in the park for post-registry-wedding photography, little did they know that the white chairs, champagne and music was for a wedding…and that this strange chick waiting there was an actual celebrant 😆

It took a while to convince them that it was a real ceremony, but we got there. And now, there is a pretty certificate to show for it 📝
