The event has been cancelled for the 5th of February and will be moved to another date dude to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you post when we have more details on the upcoming event!

This week is mental health week and i wanted to take this time to speak about it. Please take a moment to have a read ⬇️
We understand that everyone’s mental health is affected at the moment. You are not alone! We encourage anyone who is struggling, to please reach out. Reach out to someone you trust, a mate, family member, work colleague, or any of the various call lines, websites and organisations that are there to help you!
Further to that, we encourage everyone to reach out to someone they know. Whether they look like they’re struggling or not, start the conversation. Ask if someone’s okay, but follow up! Don’t let their answer be the end of the conversation. Reach out and be there for each other because there are more people struggling than you may think.

I don’t know who needs to see this but, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
I’m tired of seeing/hearing about another person who was taken too early. You have your whole life ahead of you. Please use it!

Use this post as an excuse to start a conversation with someone about mental Health. Break the stigma.
It’s okay not to be okay.
There is light at the end of the tunnel.
Yes it’s ‘mental health week’, but let’s make it ‘mental health year’. Don’t stop reaching out because the week is over.

If you are struggling and want a chat, our inbox is always open. Don’t struggle by yourself. There are people to help and people to guide you through. You are too important to too many people to let go. Keep pushing forward. ❤️❤️
