Local flathead is such a delicate fish that most only consider suitable for the deep fryer, this is a fallacy! Married with coastal herbs, feves and a decadent nori butter sauce brings the flavour of the sea right into your mouth. If Calvin Klein made this into a scent, it would be called “ The Ocean”.
