Stage Special Effects Technician
We’re looking for a Stage Effects Technician who is able to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
Because who doesn’t love the idea of setting off sparks and flames? Filling the floor with clouds? Giving people the impression they’re being hoodwinked? No two nights are the same for a Stage Effects Technician.
Best thing about the opening is that there is no experience required; we offer training for successful applicants along with an immediate start. You will learn to conduct a wide range of stage effects, such as dry ice, confetti, CO2, and pyro techniques.
This is an ideal position for a uni student, or someone looking to earn extra income outside of business hours.
- Successful applicants will be well-presented, customer focused and enthused to work.
- Applicants must be flexible to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
- All equipment and training is provided.
- Experience preferred, but not essential.
- MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT.
- Will be trained in the several other aforementioned areas.

General Audio and Office Support Person
We are looking for a motivated and hard worker for our general audio and office support position. You will be responsible for handling deliveries and maintaining audio and lighting equipment. Other responsibilities include building rapport with customers and generating sales.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Basic knowledge or studying audio engineering as the position involves limited amount of general maintenance of audio and lighting equipment.
- Some heavy lifting involved as may be required for delivery and setups of equipment.
- Excellent communication skills as the position also includes building relations with customers and generating sales.
- Computer skills a must
- Would suit university student or school leaver as it is a casual/part time position
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly and very willing to learn
All candidate must hold a current driver’s license.
Position is suitable for a part time student – must be available for flexible office hours
