Hi, I’m Chef Santiago 👋

Originally from Argentina, I have spent many years traveling the world, learning gastronomy and perfecting my culinary art form 👨🏻‍🍳

Now based in Melbourne many of my dishes are inspired by the world but created with fresh, local and where possible organic ingredients 🍎

Of course my specialty is Latin American style food and Argentinian BBQ, but I also pride myself on creating delicious Italian, Mediterranean, French and Spanish inspired menus with a modern Australian twist.

My service is always inclusive of raw ingredients and produce, chef service, table service and full kitchen clean down at the end of your meal. I can also easily cater any dietary requirements.
