Loving Bún kèn - my all time favourite & most underrated Viet dish.

Broth is pounded fish and dried squid, with lemongrass, galangal, tumeric, coriander, curry powder, kaffir lime with coconut milk.

Poured over vermicilli rice noodles, topped with bean sprouts, Viet herbs, cucumber and squeeze of citrus...IT'S THE BEST 👊

What an absolute treat and great night out after a week on the road. 🏜 🚗

Navajo bread served with whipped butter and cinnamon.

The seared honey & chilli salmon with salad, and the smoked brisket with brandy sauce were delicious.

Super talented, with spectacular voices, great dance moves and choreography- we really loved every minute of it ❤

There are no kettles and microwaves are very rare.....so creative cooking inbetween eating out is a must as I'm not a fan of 🍔 🍕 😁

Staples of soy, peanuts & our own chilli satè go well with whatever veges we can get, tinned beans, eggs and tuna 👌
