Meet the new head chef behind Pearl Riverfront's conference and events culinary team, Swami Nandan.

In his role, he oversees culinary operations for our premier event space; situated within the iconic Crowne Plaza Melbourne. With close to two decades of experience, he brings his expertise in an array of cuisines and cooking techniques including Molecular Gastronomy into the venue.

Some of Swami's greatest achievements include having worked at Michelin Star restaurant, Star Benares, in the UK followed by claiming his semi-finalist title as a contestant on MasterChef UK. Above all, his sole driving force is the smile on each guests' face once they taste his food. That to him is his greatest joy and his deepest satisfaction.
