Hailing from tropical Malaysia, Meena Troublemekka has always felt familiar with Caribbean music and culture. She has had the pleasure of selecting Reggae, Dancehall and Soca music since 2005. Troublemekka has featured as a regular Selector at local Reggae and Dancehall club nights around Naarm including More Fire, Pressure Drop, I Love Dancehall, Pull Up Selector, Yard Bounce and more recently, Mash Up Fridays. She has guested at various venues and festivals representing Caribbean music and culture, including the Jamaica Music and Food Festival. Troublemekka is passionate about bringing all styles and eras of Jamaican music to the dancefloor, but is passionate showcasing the ever-evolving contemporary sounds of the Caribbean.
Troublemekka will be bringing 110% vibes to Mashup Fridays 2nd Birthday Anniversary at Kindred Bandroom, so don’t sleep on it!

Having been on the melbourne scene for 20+ years, Andy ites plays a range of Reggae and dancehall spanning from foundation classics to up to the time. He has played support for the likes of Ziggy Marley, Ky-mani Marley, Katchafire, Million Stylez, Jah mason to name but a few.
He has also been a regular on such nights as More Fire, Pressure Drop, I Love Dancehall and Mashup Friday’s Reggae Jam Sessions over the years.
