Hey everyone we just wanna say a massive Thankyou to everyone that turned up, we did not expect people to turn up sooooo sooo early and we apologise to those that turned up early when we were running late and still had the patience to stay there and wait to order. We did not expect so many people to turn up but thankyous all. The lines were crazy packed and for the first time since we as a business, we was definitely under alot pressure for performance in the kitchen. Also a big shout out to 2.0 Vintage Market and everyone that works there Thankyou for having us there and we appreciate yous all. 💙😘.
AND to our wood rise smoke team massive pat on the back for coming through with the challenge we had today. We definitely have something going on for sure.

Just letting everyone know we’re be doing a lot of smoked pulled pork burgers and smoked beef patty’s at the Vintage 2.0 Market. If you don’t know where that is it’s where they use to hold the former Carribean markets..

Everyone is welcome so come down and check us out. If you don’t eat pork that’s ok we also have home made beef patty’s and we might have chicken which is an option.
Post down in the comments if there’s any ideas you would like us to smoke or do and we could consider it for our lovely customers.
