We delivered our last catering order today before our annual two week break - we're now officially on holidays - woo hoo!

Chris and I will be enjoying some much deserved down time with the family.

To all of our amazing customers and followers, we thank you for supporting us over the past twelve months and beyond.

Although we may have swapped our chefs jackets for sarongs, we'll still be contactable via email and will be responding to enquiries and taking bookings in between sipping on pina coladas and dipping in the pool.

Normal programming will re-commence on Wednesday, January 29th.

Until then, stay cool and keep an eye on our stories to see what we're up to.

Last weekend, we had the honour of catering the Daimler Lanchester Car Club of Victoria's Christmas Party at their amazing headquarters with the help of our wonderful wait staff Bella and Neil.

They enjoyed juicy roast chicken, roast vegetables, steamed peas, rich gravy and dinner rolls with butter for main course followed by our signature sticky date pudding with salted caramel sauce and whipped cream for dessert.

Exceptional value for just $20 per person (or $26 per person with wait staff to serve, clear, wash and clean up).

Last week, Chef Sonia led a team of 10 of our top chefs and food service assistants to the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, where they provided catering services for Fettayleh Foods at the Fine Foods Australia trade event. Over the course of four days, the team prepared an impressive 9,000 charcuterie tasting plates and 4,500 hot dog samples. It was a hugely successful and enjoyable experience, leaving the team eager to return next year. 🌭
