Gourmet Guru - Entertain Differently
Last week, Chef Sonia led a team of 10 of our top chefs and food service assistants to the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, where they provided catering services for Fettayleh Foods at the Fine Foods Australia trade event.
Over the course of four days, the team prepared an impressive 9,000 charcuterie tasting plates and 4,500 hot dog samples.
It was a hugely successful and enjoyable experience, leaving the team eager to return next year. π
We were thrilled to cater Surrey Park Swimming Club's Presentation Night and 120 Year Anniversary Dinner at Box Hill Town Hall on Saturday night.
Over 320 guests enjoyed a magnificent three course meal all hand made and absolutely delicious.
It was a massive undertaking, but by being super organised and having the best of the best on our team, it was a flawless event.
Special thanks go to Lucinda, Phil, and all of the Surrey Park Support Staff on the night.
Special thanks also to our AMAZING Gourmet Guru team of Chef Laurent, Lisa, Neil, Jess, Henry, Bec, Louise, Emily, Maggie, Ingrid, Debbie, Linda and Ethan.
