And I am oh-so-glad they do! First Birthday's themes are my favourite.

Here are my favourite go-to’s for first birthday festivities!
1. A fanciful theme is a must! Channel your inner child, this is you opportunity to celebrate a fun and imaginative way,
2. Entertainment for the children is essential. Soft play centres and ball pits are perfect for the little ones, and an entertainer or indoor activities if older children are invited.
3. Indulgence for the adults. Brunch buffets and mimosa bars or afternoon tea tables and bottles of bubbles are the most popular food and beverage options we see for first birthdays.
4. A fabulous photo opportunity to savour this special moment. A themed event backdrop will encourage your nearest and dearest to capture cute photo with your little one.

- First Birthday Fun -

When planning a first birthday we like to include a soft play centre to keep the littles one entertained... thought there is always at least one parent who ends up in the ball pit!

Having a children's entertainment and inviting parents in pairs allows for at least one parent to mingle and socialise, while the kids play. Though we do warn you, the supervising parents may have more fun at the play set!
