It’s International Women’s Day, and this year, it’s all about Rights. Equality. Empowerment. For ALL women and girls. Because real change means real action. It’s about unlocking opportunities, amplifying voices, and shaping a future where no one is left behind. At the heart of this? Empowering the next generation to drive lasting change.

At MCEC, we’re not just talking about it, we’re making it happen. From flexible work options to childcare and healthcare discounts and comprehensive parental leave, we’re building a workplace where women thrive at every stage of their careers. The numbers? More than 50% of our under-25 team are women, and more than 50% of our leadership team is too - maintaining our commitment to 40:40:20 gender balance in Senior Leadership.
