So much credit to the Diamond Blue team not only working these functions but at the same time running, staffing and servicing a café and homewares shop!!!

Here’s to a well deserved rest over the next few weeks and we will be back on board starting January 15th 2024 to start over again for the New Year!!!

A very busy few months with a lot of weddings and corporate catering on the go. 3 separate functions for 500 guests each plus numerous functions for over 200 guests each plus much more!

A very big weekend of weddings and functions just gone. Whitestone Events in Bentleigh and Swallowfields Vineyards in Gembrook were just two of the beautiful venues we had the pleasure of catering at. Another busy week coming up with a dinner Friday night for 550 guests plus a wedding the same night for 200 guests!! Not to mention the rest of the jobs booked this week. Lucky we love what we do!!!

FROZEN MEALS SOLD OUT!
Our Chefs are flat out with catering functions from now till Christmas so unfortunately we won’t be stocking our frozen meals until mid to late January 🧑‍🍳 🎄

Amongst many functions catered this weekend was this Christmas Party for Royans Truck and Trailer Repairs held at Wandin Park Estate.
A great bunch of people who very much appreciated our food!!!

There’s a 1st for everything!!!
This was our 1st ever wedding caterered in a horse arena and stables. Venue had to be changed with only 3 days to go due to flooded grounds at original venue.
They did it! We did it! It all came together and went off very well.
Congratulations Jess and Jarrod on a beautiful wedding and very unique location.
