At the Beaconsfield Neighbourhood Centre we strive to provide quality services to the local community including self improvement courses, arts and crafts, social and health programs, Maternal and Child Health Care, playgroups, Occasional Care, and other community programs and assistance.

We are very fortunate to have Nurse Next Door Home Care Services attending the Centre on Wednesday 20th November 10.00am-12 noon.

They will be running a free talk on elderly safety and wellbeing including time for a Q&A session and providing some merchandise to take home.

This session is free but we do require advance bookings to confirm the numbers on the day. Please call 8768 4400 to register your interest.

We had a lovely afternoon yesterday for Early Childhood Educator’s Day.

Children from our Playgroups and Occasional Care showed their appreciation for our wonderful Children’s Room staff- Anne, Alison, Judith, Saga and Niki. They worked on some artwork for a lovely appreciation wall and the ladies enjoyed a tasty lunch.

We’re so grateful for the excellent staff we have here at Beaconsfield Neighbourhood Centre. 💞

Message sheets are still available in the foyer and can be added to the wall over the next week.

It was a morning of fun and fund raising for our Beginners Line Dancing group on 22nd August when they celebrated Daffodil Day in style.

Tutor Nathalie organised all the students to come in yellow and money was raised for Cancer Council Australia.

Well done everyone- you all look wonderful!
