This is our WAG level 4 division 2 team thoroughly enjoying themselves at the Junior Victorian Championships in Geelong🤩

In an incredibly high calibre event, we were so proud to see the team stand tall on the podium at the and of the day for a top finish on both vault and bars! Well done girls - we love your happy approach and know that you will continue to enjoy learning more in the years to come!

Our WAG girls competed with confidence and poise at the Junior Victorian Championships in Geelong. Qualifying for this event was an amazing finish our season and stepping on to the podium to receive awards will be a memory to cherish for years to come!

Participation in competitions naturally builds experience, improves technical knowledge and fosters progress. Well done to all of our athletes who put in the effort to work toward improvements and new skills for their events this year🏆🙌

We are so proud of our Gymstar athletes, who work with such positivity toward their team mates and their coaches. Their support and encouragement for each other is uplifting and creates friendships that stretch beyond time in the gym. We have a big, happy gym family right here!!

So many have followed along this year to support Rosh and her team working towards qualifying for the Aerobics Gymnastics World Championships. Over the weekend, the Australian Aerobic Dance team took to the floor in Pareso Italy. Rosh and her team shone on stage, finishing in 12th place amongst the top teams in the world.

Congratulations to everyone in the team and coaches that came together from three clubs across the state, Aerodynamix Gymnastics, & , to create a routine to remember with incredible detail, energy, connection and finesse!

This team has shown the longevity that is possible in our sport, and have made an impact in the Aerobics community that will create ripples for generations to come in our country.

Our Recreational and Gymstar 3 kids are stepping up in confidence!

Our August Challenge event was a chance for little gymnasts to learn more about their sport by putting the skills they learn in class on display at a special day!

We hosted a wonderful event for 200 children, giving both parents & gymnasts the opportunity to watch and learn. We enjoyed highlighting top performers with replays in the spotlight and hosting Q & A moments to help grasp gymnastic concepts. Well done to everyone who came along - it was a super fun day 🤸‍♀️

Looking back brings back fond memories!

We hosted a big WAG invitational at the start of August, hosting over 300 gymnasts from 19 clubs around Victoria.

After hours of training, competitions are an exciting day! Performing in the spotlight can bring on nerves, but these girls rose to the occasion, staying positive and supporting each other to do their best. It was especially lovely to see acknowledgements for gymnasts from other Clubs and some friendships forming across the community 🤗

August kept us so busy in the gym that we haven't been sharing our news with the community, so now we are embarking on a spectacular catch up! Stay tuned throughout this week to hear all about the fun we have had recently.

First up - Our Senior International Aerobic Gymnast, Roisin, has been selected to compete at the 2024 FIG World Championships in Pesaro, Italy🇮🇹, with her Aerodance team!

Congratulations to Rosh - you are an inspiration to all of our young gymnasts and we appreciate how much consistent effort you have put into this big goal! We wish you all the best for the World Championships and will be cheering your team on from home, very early in the morning, on September 28th💛💙🤍

2024 Australian Championships Wrap

This year was a big one for our club, having 5 gymnasts debut onto the Victorian state team! They joined the team along with coach Kristie, who was selected as a State team coach, and our long time experienced athletes Madi & Rosh. Special congratulations to Madi who received her 10 year participation award 🌟

�Rosin and her teammates have finished with the top score in the International Aerobic Dance division at the Asian Championships in Vietnam🤩

This team brought together a selection of Victoria’s highest performing athletes from different clubs across the state. Congratulations to the team and coaches for this lovely example of cooperation and sportsmanship. It’s not just the on field results we are proud of - this project is borne of commitment, trust and respect and we love that these qualities played such a big part in your success.

Our recent Aerobics Display was a night to celebrate our TEAM.

The night was full of inspiration with a full development pathway on show, from athletes who are just starting their journey, through to those who have over ten years of experience in the sport. We were even lucky enough to have Rosh bring along some special guests, being a collaborative team who will represent Australia at the Asian Championships tonight - GOOD LUCK🍀

Thank you to all of our families who joined us last week for a high energy night as well as to all of our staff, coaches, past athletes and coaches who come back year after year to make this such a memorable night in the gym💛💙🤍

We are thrilled to announce that seven of our gymnasts and our senior coach, Kristie, have been selected on to the 2024 Victorian State Team. The team will travel to the National Championships, held on the Gold Coast at the end of June.

This is wonderful recognition for the work that we all put into development and growth over time and we look forward to supporting the athletes in their final preparations.

Thank you to the Aerobics community for coming together over the weekend to open the 2024 season with us!

Our invitational was a true celebration of development across the sport and we just loved the atmosphere of friendship and support offered by everyone involved - coaches, athletes and spectators alike. We all appreciated the talent that was on show and wish everyone the best as they make final preparations for the State Team trials beginning at the end of the month.
