I very much enjoyed having these 2 young ladies over for a day of baking!

I will be looking into doing some training sessions next year for anyone wanting to learn more and hone in those skills, especially within certain areas.

When I have it organised, I’ll be sure to link in the schedule.

First cake in a year... Way too much work. Doesn’t really look like it was but it certainly was! Should of just gone to Coles!!

So yet again I find myself going back to hospital for yet another operation on my back. This will be a spinal decompression and fusion surgery. I’m hoping this will end my current back troubles and allow me to get back to part time cake decorating. It will take a good 12 months recovery but I can FINALLY see the light at the end of the tunnel. Love to all xo

It has been such a long time since I produced anything really. But being my sons 5th bday I managed to push through and get this done. To say it was hard would be an understatement. I hope one day he will be able to see how hard this was for me to achieve given my health issues.

Back in March I was forced to put my work with That Chef Lady on hold, due to a chronic and degenerative back problem. In the months since, I have sadly come to terms with the fact that I have to hang up my apron for good. I truly loved this work and I had many dreams for the future, however the decision was ultimately out of my hands. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who used my services, I appreciate it more than you could possibly know.

Due to a chronic and degenerative back problem, I once again find myself in a hospital bed. This issue has plagued me for many years, but in the last two it has greatly deteriorated. With a heavy heart, I must hang up the apron at least for now, while trusting my care to the professionals. Thanks to everyone who shares my page, I truly love what I do and I am so looking forward to getting back to it in the near future.

Only managed 1 picture from today's function! We had 3 roast meats with all the trimmings and some delicious salads. Was a hit!!
