Group hugs on pause! I’m heading to the Sapphire Coast for seven days of much‑needed Easter R&R with my family. I’ll be back in time to celebrate Olivia & James’s big day at Portico Balcony Melbourne Town Hall next weekend...can't keep me away for too long! Patting myself on the back for actually booking this break instead of over-riding my calendar with weddings (tempting, because I love what I do). This is a gift to myself so I can give couples the very best version of me: more energy, more enthusiasm. Already missing those post-ceremony-high group hugs… see you soon!

Lucky enough to be back at for the fourth time in six weeks and honestly, it never loses its magic. There’s a quiet warmth and intimacy here that you just feel the moment you arrive. It sets the most beautiful tone for a ceremony...and the team are an incredible and down-to-earth. It always feels like coming home.
Somehow, OPL keeps bringing me the kind of couples I feel genuinely lucky to cross paths with. The ones I end up accidentally sharing a bottle of wine with mid-week because connection w their vendors matters that much. And the kind of couples who prioritize the sentiment behind their day. It’s never just another wedding here, it’s something more, every single time.

Marco & Kate had family fly in from Italy so they wanted nothing more than to fully embrace the company of their loved ones, the incredible food, and the magic of the day. That’s why a communal table, nestled right in the heart of their crowd was the perfect choice. It was the most inclusive and intimate atmosphere where every guest felt connected and love surrounded them from all sides.
