Hannah and Mat planned their day in a way that let them really soak it all in without the stress. They held a first look right where the ceremony would later take place, turning that moment into something just for them. A laid-back photo session followed before guests arrived, which meant they could be fully present for cocktail hour and spend more time with everyone they love. The evening flowed into heartfelt speeches and ended with a packed dance floor that kicked off the rest of the night perfectly.

Chelle & Sam wanted their wedding to feel like a warm, cosy dinner party where everyone felt at home. So that’s exactly what we created at No formal aisle walk, no pause for paperwork mid-ceremony...just one big, inclusive celebration. They signed the register in the front bar over cocktails while their guests got the party rolling and they even spent some time together alone soaking it all in. Well played.

This weekend I had the joy of marrying three incredible couples. Each of them opened the door to their world and trusted me to share something personal and beautiful with their guests, a little glimpse into a love most people dont get to see.
Every story was different, yet one thread tied them all together: the way they cherish each other, extend patience through imperfections and stay steady through life’s ups and downs.
Weekends like this remind me exactly why I love this job. Love isn’t always the fairytale we grew up imagining but what a gift it is to find your person.
