So, you're getting married to the partner of your dreams but there's a problem... being the centre of attention on your wedding day perhaps makes you feel nervous and overwhelmed...

This is where I can help!

You may have contemplated eloping or keeping your guest list small but there are loved ones whom you simply can't imagine celebrating without!

So how can you actively work through this and give yourself a wedding day that you will feel calm and in control?

* In the planning of your wedding day, we will work on a ceremony that best represents you both. Book a day to rehearse the script; workshop your walk to music, the way you hold hands and stand, transitions etc. Perhaps bring your wedding party and/or parents for moral support if you want to practise in front of a small crowd. Share your concerns and work on them in the space. Focus on sections that will make you feel more confident.

* The presence and support of a trusted few in your wedding party can help alleviate those jitters and make your day even more special.

* A 'first look' ensures that you can have time alone to breathe, calm the nerves and share an intimate moment with your partner.

* Walk down the aisle with your partner, parent or both parents or a whole tribe of beautiful people who love and support you. Or scratch the aisle walk completely! Mingle with your guests and when ready, I will cue to begin proceedings.

* Opt to exchange personalised vows perhaps in the first look, in the form of a love letter and/or practise your vows in front of a select group to build confidence. You don't need to deliver personal vows in the ceremony. You just need to say one mandatory sentence, which I can lead you in delivering.

* Set aside specific times for you and your beloved to have a break from the party. Ensure you eat, stay hydrated and check in. Have a signal between you and your partner or a trusted friend if things become too much.

* Throw tradition out the window! Include what you feel best represents and celebrates both of you!

At the end of the day, it's your wedding so enjoy it your way 💞
