I had the absolute pleasure of supplying all cakes and sweet treats for my granddaughter’s Sip ‘n’ See! The theme was Mr McGreggors Garden and we had a lot of fun with this one..

Lola the Penguin off to the party. Tummy vanilla cake, neck chocolate mud cake, head lemon and coconut cake. Vanilla buttercream in between layers and sealed with white chocolate ganache before adding the buttercream feathers and wings.

When the Birthday boy is given a choice of cake for his 21st and says “I would like the same as my 18th” you just have to oblige… white chocolate Mud cake, peanut butter buttercream and caramel inside, white chocolate ganache and caramel drip with caramel popcorn. Updated the style and got a big tick of approval. Happy Birthday Xavier, you make your Mum and Dad proud every day.

Glamingtons: Whit choc mud cake, split in half with Nutella, doubled dipped dark choc ganache and covered in hazelnuts.
Lemon cake split in half with my lemon curd covered in lemon and yoghurt white chocolate ganache and smothered in coconut.

1. White mud with frangelico, chocolate and hazelnut swiss meringue buttercream, white chocolate ganache and fondant, stencilled over with Royal icing.
2. Lemon and Elderflower cake with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream, lemon curd covered in white chocolate ganache and stencilled over with royal icing.
