Bec and Cints wedding anniversary is one I will never forget as it’s the same day Ruby decided to surprise us and take out “youngest wedding crasher” award.

Happy 1 year anniversary for tomorrow my lovers 🖤 xx

Celebrating with a family-oriented event, Bec & Jacinta tied the knot with a laid-back wedding at Camp David Farm.

Our proposal story 💍

5 years ago today I was convinced Mike had heat stroke as we walked up and down the hills of Positano while he found this restaurant that he’d heard about.

Completely focused on where my next glass of prosecco was coming from (it was 30+ degrees and hydration was important) I was completely unaware of the fact that the poor guy was trying to find a restaurant with a perfect view of the ocean.

We ended up stumbling across this tiny little family restaurant who had a table outside with a view of the ocean (although Mike wasn’t happy with the positioning of the TV antenna which was a little in the way) the atmosphere was a mix of faulty towers meets dinner with your family which was a perfect match for us.

As we feasted on local dishes made lovingly by the chef who had grown up in Positano, we sipped on prosecco and took in all of the beauty that Positano had to offer.

At some moment in time an ambulance drove past with its siren blaring. As I turned to watch it drive past I said “how’s the serenity!” Only to turn back to find Mike on one knee. To which I gracefully replied “omg what in the f**k are you doing?!”
And with a “I think I’m trying to propose?” from my Mike we became engaged.

The waiter came out as we celebrated and as we conversed in broken Italian he realized what had just taken place and before we knew it more prosecco was being served as the chef made us love heart shaped Nutella Calzoni to celebrate.

With smiles that took up our whole faces we returned to the villa we were stayed at with my family to share the big news (Mum may have body combat rolled from her banana lounge to see the ring)

As we bought the local stores out of all their Prosecco we celebrated throughout the night and with calls to family and friends back home we went to bed with hearts bursting of love.

Happy proposal anniversary Michael Luckman. You couldn’t have created a more magical proposal story if you tried xx
