Menus are complete with good quality grade olive oil and we also offer the valuable balsamic vinegar di Modena to compliment all creations. Selections are vast which range from seafood ice buckets, grilling tender beef/pork cuts, sought after grazing boards filled with local & imported producers of fine Italian olives, salumi, soft & hard cheeses just to name a few. The Catering Buffet Co sets the table also for corporate clients.
