Throwback to one of my favorite moments filming a wedding: an open-top bus ride through Cyprus for Gaurav and Jen’s big day. A warm summer evening, laughter and chatter filling the air as friends and family soaked in the incredible vibes. What made this so special wasn’t just the setting—it was the connection. I first met Gaurav at maybe 6 or 7 weddings before this one, where he was either a groomsman, a guest, or MC. When it came time for his own wedding, he flew me all the way to Cyprus to be part of it. By then, I was already familiar with most of his entourage and groomsmen, making it feel less like work and more like spending time with friends—just with a camera in hand. This is why I always emphasize the importance of seeing me and my team as friends with cameras rather than just strangers. It’s the secret to capturing those genuine, heartfelt moments that will stay with you for a lifetime. 💕 Also, really excited to shoot Smriti (Gaurav’s sister) and Bernard’s wedding next month! Heard the rumour they actually got together after Michael and Anshula’s wedding, which I shot 7 years ago.
