Hi Eltham Riders, 👋

A quick update from Peter and the team!

Peter will be away on a family holiday from September 17th to 29th. During this time, we will have limited availability, so if you need our services during these dates, we kindly ask that you book as soon as possible.

This is especially important if you require an SUV or van, as we want to make sure we can accommodate your preferred travel times wherever possible. 🚐

While Peter is away, he will have limited access to the internet and phone at times, so replies to future bookings and enquiries may take a little longer than usual.

For those who have bookings during this period, you will be allocated a driver and provided with their contact details. If you experience any delays or need to make changes to your booking, please message your allocated driver directly, as Peter may not see messages straight away.

Please Check Your Confirmation! ✈️

A quick reminder to all our passengers — please take a moment to carefully check your booking confirmation and attachment when you receive it(everyone gets a booking confirmation).

We’ve recently had a number of passengers provide the wrong travel dates. These mistakes are easily picked up and corrected at the time of booking, but unfortunately can cause major problems if they’re only noticed on the day of travel.

Also, when booking airport transfers, please remember:

✈️ Airport pickup: We need the time you need to be picked up, NOT the time your flight departs, if unsure on pick up time no problem to ask.

🛬 Airport return: We need your flight landing time, NOT the time you expect to be out of the airport. We allow for the usual time needed to collect luggage and make your way out.

Please double-check your dates, times, flight details and pickup information as soon as you receive your confirmation. If anything is incorrect, let us know straight away so we can fix it.

A quick check at the time of booking can save a lot of stress on the day! 😊

Hi Eltham Riders,

Peter will be away on a family holiday from September 17th till 29th. If you are needing our services during this time, we ask that you kindly book ASAP as we will have limited availability and so we can accommodate your travel times especially for SUVs/Van.
While I am away, I will have limited access to the internet/phone at times, so I may take a little longer to reply to future bookings and enquiries.
