This upcoming , we’re shining a light on the incredible women who make Thick as Thieves what it is—proving that the music industry isn’t just a man’s game.

We caught up with and to talk about their journey in music, the challenges they’ve faced as women, what empowers them, and who their vibing right now.

We’re excited to welcome weirdtechnogirlfriend x PAUL LE BÁY to the Thick As Thieves agency roster for worldwide representation.

With a combined experience in music production of 22 years (PLB having started 17 years ago at just 13 years of age) the duo’s synergy has resulted in 10 high energy singles, their debut album “THE MIXTAPE” and countless Soundcloud bootlegs & mixes.

Together the duo have released with various labels & distributors including Resound Records, Polyamor Berlin, Universal Music, Xelon Digital & Neon Records. WTG&PLB tracks get played regularly on Australian radio station Triple J and ‘WORLD GO ROUND’ was featured on BBC Radio 1.

weirdtechnogirlfriend & PAUL LE BÁY’s music has gained industry support from the likes of Dom Dolla, Bad Boombox, Mischluft, OMAKS, Benwal, Mika Heggemann, Airwolf Paradise, WATTO & more.

Influenced by 90’s rave culture, German techno and Melbourne’s own underground sound, WTG&PLB have created a unique combination of sounds which guarantees the dance floor to be pumping.

Their fast paced and energetic sound is not to be taken too seriously. “We don’t like to box ourselves into just one sound” often experimenting with multiple different music styles the duo claim to be “genre-fluid” WTG explains. “We like to push the boundaries and are never afraid to try something new”

Market Memories, Sean Rault & Oliver James, have cemented themselves as a staple in the Australian house & techno scene. With more years experience than they would like to admit, this duo consistently delivers high powered performances, transcending genres to suit the crowd.

Featuring on bills such as Beyond the Valley, Ultra Music Festival, Strawberry Fields to Rainbow Serpent & everything in between. Market Memories are one of the most sought after acts in the Melbourne / Australian electronic scene. With support on their own original music from the likes of Solomun, Vintage Culture, Denis Sulta & plenty more, it’s only a matter of time before they are not just a household name locally but mixing it with the best internationally.
