We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional who is ready to join our busy and successful Functions team
The Bridge Hotel Function Rooms are known for fabulous food and a great team environment
Role

Reporting to the Functions Manager, you will be leading a team of employees to supervise an assortment of functions across our venue.
The successful applicant will have the ability to lead, train, motivate and supervise the team and provide quality hospitality service in line with our Hotel standards, policies and operating procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience delivering exceptional food and beverage service Weekend Day & Night availability
A strong, proven customer focus
A motivation to lead by example
Excellent personal presentation
Good organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of computer and POS systems
Current Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
& Permission to work in Australia
