What a highlight of our trip to Ireland! A demonstration cooking class this afternoon at Ballymaloe. A celebration of fresh, local, seasonal produce. Everything I am passionate about. Pure joy for me! My suitcase is now full of cookbooks.

Even when I am on holiday I cook up huge meals for the ones I love. Spending yesterday and today cooking for my Mum & Dad to stock their fridge and freezer. Chicken Korma, Chilli con Carne and Penne Bolognese. It’s a bit like when my kids were little - I had to disguise that I put lots of veggies in! ❤️

A lovely buffet lunch with cocktails and canapés we did yesterday for Annabel’s 21st birthday. Such a lovely celebration at home with her closest friends. We had such a great time catering for it! 😘

These are my ‘smarty bickies’ with extra chic chips. I always used to drop them in when kids had chicken pox so my family call them ‘chicken pox bicks’. Guaranteed to make anyone feel better! ❤️

The puppies are all grown up and ready to move house! If you know someone who has been looking for a golden retriever please let me know. We have 1 boy and 1 girl left. They have been raised with lots of love, a big family and plenty of socialisation with friends and dogs. All fully vet checked, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped.
