✨ Inner City Rooftop wedding of Madeline & Josh! ✨

We were beyond thrilled to be part of this magical day, where love and stunning florals took centre stage. The gorgeous couple tied the knot in a contemporary rooftop setting at Ichi Ni Nana in funky Fitzroy.

Framed by our freestanding floral pillars and lush ground arrangements, the autumnal colour palette of dusty pinks, reds, burnt orange, and copper tones was brought to life with Cymbidium orchids, giant Anthuriums, and a pop of colour with Phalaenopsis orchids. These striking blooms added the perfect blend of modern and vibrancy to reflect this couples personality 🍂🌸

🌸✨ A perfect blend of elegance and artistry at the End of Year Presidents Dinner hosted at the stunning State Library of Victoria’s North Rotunda Gallery! ✨🌸

We had the pleasure of designing floral arrangements that not only celebrated the occasion but also complemented the breathtaking art collection surrounding the room. Inspired by the delicate beauty of Ikebana, our asymmetrical arrangements in various vessels brought a contemporary Japanese flair to the event. 💐🪴

The soft, harmonious colour palette of orange, yellow, peach, and cream created a warm and inviting atmosphere, tying together all the other styling elements seamlessly. 💫

Reflecting on this year, it’s undeniably been one of the hardest. Losing my Mum mid-year was a journey I never expected to take. We were so close, and now, there’s no one on the other end of the line 💔

November was about resetting for me—no alcohol, eating clean, and just trying to find balance in the midst of grief and depression. It’s been a tough road, and some days have felt impossible. But through it all, one thing that’s brought me comfort is my love for flowers.

This year, my connection to them feels more alive, more meaningful. Flowers are there for all of life’s moments—whether happy or sad—and they remind us of beauty and life, even when things seem dark.

In the days surrounding my Mum’s passing, I experienced some deeply hurtful comments from clients that shook me. It made me question humanity in ways I never expected. But I also encountered an overwhelming amount of kindness. One couple recently told me, “You’re not just a supplier, you’re a human being,” and I couldn’t hold back the tears. It’s those moments of genuine connection that remind me good people are out there, and they’re the reason I’ve kept going.

As this year comes to a close, I’m wrapping it up with a renewed sense of faith in humanity & and a renewed passion for flowers. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, uplifted me, and shared this journey ❤️

Their love and energy are so special, and it was an absolute joy to craft each of their bouquets. This is Deanna’s bridal bouquet — a reflection of her elegance and the love that surrounds her. As a florist in Melbourne, I’ve seen my share of challenges. Some days are harder than others—whether it’s dealing with the unpredictability of weather, the pressure of deadlines, or just the weight of running a small business. But every bloom, every arrangement, and every kind word from a client reminds me why I keep going.

It’s the little things that make it all worth it—the way flowers bring joy, the beauty they bring to the world, and the connections we make along the way. No matter how tough the road may get, I’m reminded that I’m doing something that matters.
