Barry is a retired Senior Police Constable and used to run a very successful Martial Arts Studio in Woori Yallock where he taught students Karate, he is a black belt holder himself. Vanessa was a former artistic dance skater, and returned recently to teach a new generation of skaters. She formally had an extensive background in Senior Corporate Executive roles, mainly as an Executive Assistant and

Office Management and her last major post was working at the Bureau of Meteorology for a number of different Directors, during this time she also held a Secret Clearance. They both worked as organisers & teachers at a number of Dance Studios across Eastern Melbourne whilst still competing as A Grade and Open dancers in Standard & New Vogue around the country and turned Professional in early 2017. With over 25 years individual dance experience, title holders and regular finalists at some of the most prestigious Ballroom Championships across Australia, Professional Dancers Barry and Vanessa Davy, are now available for coaching and performances. They have a wide breadth of knowledge and experience that many people can benefit from and discover for themselves how glamorous and spectacular ballroom dancing can be. You can book them to perform a Demonstration at Charity/Dinner Dances or Special events or maybe you would like a few lessons to learn how to dance yourself and be a confident dancer on the social dance floor. They are already shaping some of the next generation of partnered dancers in Dancesport Competitions. Professional/Amateur (Pro/Am) Competitions are growing in Australia.
