A message to all friends of Shivoo.
I never intended to make a big announcement. Initially, I planned to quietly fade away to spare myself from becoming too emotional. However, it feels wrong not to acknowledge the incredible people I've met during my journey with Shivoo Balloons. Yes, I've talked about closing up shop for a while now, but this is it. It's time for me to step away and give myself the opportunity to stop and smell the Roses. Through the challenges of COVID, I've come to realise how much I cherish moments spent with my family and close friends. I long for weekends free from work obligations.
As I embark on this new chapter, I can't help but fear that nothing will ever match the past 23 years in the balloon industry. How could it? I've had the privilege of meeting remarkable individuals—clients, colleagues, and suppliers—and have traveled the world teaching my craft and sharing my passion.
I am deeply grateful to each and every one of you, and for every experience I've had. Regardless of where life takes me next, I will always look back on my time in the balloon industry with the fondest memories, cherished forever. To everyone who has supported me, especially those who have been there since the beginning, I extend my heartfelt thanks.
So, Farewell from me and my balloons. I hope our paths cross again someday, somewhere.
