At The Melbourne Magic Festival Close Up Gala Show on Monday, an audience member got up close and personal with magic happening right between her very eyes!

"Working Class Magician" LJ was performing an improvised magic routine where he had to perform in different genres and one just happened to be wrestling. This prompted the impromptu kick to the face in the middle of his very enthusiastic magic act!

Thankfully, as LJ is also a professionally trained wrestler, nothing was as it appeared and though it looked 100% real, the kick itself was yet another illusion from this talented magicians arsenal.

You can catch LJ at The Melbourne Magic Festival on July 9 and 10 at 6.30pm at Arrow on Swanston... just don't sit in the front row!!!
