Dr. Zara's heart centered approach to health and wellness is backed up by her degrees in Complementary Medicine and Clinical Chiropractic. She has also completed studies at the Institute for Integrated Nutrition in New York, and has trained with some of the world’s top coaches, including Tony Robbins, Chloe Madanes, Mark Peysha and Magale Peysha.

......and this was totally out of order!!! If you a person of faith and I am, this was a very blatant and blasphemous slur on my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
I bet this would of not sat well in other countries if it depicted their faithf! Why Paris Organizers, why? What was the reason you chose to make this a sheer scene a mockery?
Again, mismatched, unnecessary, not relevant to the ethos of the Olympic games and the dedicated athletes who have worked so hard for the last 4 years to be at their very best.

Keep some things private and to your own self.
Not everything has to be said, told, reported, retorted and rehashed. When you keep your thoughts and feelings private and confidential, you are in a protected space.
Protected from gossip, chatter, opinions, other peoples one sided thoughts, contradictions and above all, others making your business their business.
Be mysterious!
Keep some things within the confines of your heart, mind and soul. Not everything has to be open and transparent for public consumption or scrutiny.
Personal inner privacy is the greatest power you have over having your dreams and goals diminished by others. Learn the art of inner privacy!
