Where wisteria grows, Nigel and Lindsey began their forever story.

We imbued upon the gardens of the the vision of a beautiful Italian summer holiday. Laid-back with earthy tones of orange and blush, the brief was an Italian-inspired garden party with a Melbourne-twist.

The simplicity in the details for Brent and Joyce’s tablescape were what made it truly stunning…

A frosted table number. Embossed gold tennis racquets on the menus. Chopsticks. A centrepiece of candles. Simple expressions that tell us exactly who the couple are, in its most beautiful form.

Brent and Joyce’s wedding design was a true unveiling of romance and grandeur.

Classic florals were elevated by unexpected whimsical arrangements. Candles floated in water. Minimal stationery accented with symbols of their love story. Although set in the hustle and bustle of Melbourne, their union set the action to a standstill. Within the ballroom of their romance bloomed.

Reflecting on little moments from Sarah and Nick that inspire and the palette could not have been more romantic. Pale blush pinks? We could be surrounded by them every day.

We embraced theatrical drapery throughout the reception and there was no need for overdone tablescapes - in fact, we kept them quite minimal and whimsical to draw the eye upwards. Instead, light glistened over the abundance of glass to enhance the ambient lighting that created the drama.

LOOKBOOK vs FINAL DESIGN —

Sarah and Nick. Their day was nothing short of magical... an exhibition of grandeur in the form of old Hollywood with inspiration from Le Moulin Rouge. We wanted everything to feel like a theatrical experience, from the drapery to the ambient lighting and the floral installations.

No stone left unturned... or rather, no detail left unturned, where every corner was an opportunity to supplement the drama.
