Angasi oysters from the coals w salmoriglio.

These native shellfish were once prolific around the country before they were ‘discovered’ by Europeans in the 1800s and almost completely decimated. Thanks to regeneration efforts and advances in commercial farming they’re making a comeback. Big-flavoured and meaty they go hard both fresh and cooked, cracking them open straight off the coals is a fav for smoky primal goodness.

We have 6 different BBQs for big and small events, enquire via the webby 🦪
