TOASTA Food Truck has been involved in the mobile catering industry for many years. We have a position available for a Cook/chef within our amazing team. You would be required to work at this seasons calendar of events which includes: Music Festivals, Pop-up Food festivals, Rip curl pro Bells beach, Private parties and weddings.

A successful applicant would meet the following requirements:
• Available on Friday nights/Weekends (NOT ALL DAYS REQUIRED)
• Willing to Travel (expenses paid)
• Clean appearance and well presented
• Exceptional work ethic and reliability
• Willing to Learn and follow instructions
• Able to handle the pressure and intensity of a busy kitchen service
• An understanding of Food Safety and handling
• Work as a team and communicate with others 

Extra skills (preferred but not essential)
• Australian Drivers Licence and own transport
• Responsible serving of Alcohol certificate
• Food Handling Certificate
• Previous experience in Hospitality (Kitchen)
• between from 15-30 hours per week with opportunity to increase.

About the job:
- Good pay (above award) Negotiable per applicant’s skills.
- Involves some Food prep shifts and service periods in our food trucks

Melbourne you bloody rippas!!!
To celebrate the lifting of restrictions, TOASTA pop up at will continue for the time being until 3pm each day, and from Friday you’ll be able to sit down and enjoy a mulled wine or pint or bloody oath or all of the above with your Toasta (including over lunch times in the pub itself!)
