This means Australian Peonies are only available during this time.
“But we’ve seen them around now” I hear you say - yes, that’s true, you can purchase Peonies in supermarkets and some florists right now, but these are IMPORTED from Europe. Which is why we don’t have them.
Purchasing imported flowers hugely increases your carbon footprint, something which we are very passionate about reducing here at Rhoda Floral Design and I Heart Flowers.
So, if you want to make a more eco friendly and sustainable choice always choose seasonal local blooms. 😊
