Ol Suzie knocking out some Pork Ribs
These were a mix of Borrowdale and Scottsdale from Kellys Meats
Seasoned with my Swine and Dine
It was almost time to wrap them, which I add a little butter and agave syrup
That's it
I haven't run in years, maybe a decade, but for the month of January I've tried to do it every single day, and so far so good π
I've done just over a 100kms this month (crazy)
From doing nothing, I now enjoy and look forward to the nightly run (sometimes walk, or jog)
Not sure where or what the endgame is but we'll see
Is it undercooked or overcooked?
