Not gonna lie, this stuff is TASTY!!! I just smashed a whole bowl of wings (I was going to share, but I didn't)
Sweet, Tangy, with a kick of fire
The habanero gives a heap of sweet fruity flavours, that then smacks you in the face, and will put hair on your head.......
I'm super pumped with this sauce, so dunk, dip, glaze or even drink it (maybe don't drink it) ๐๐

All three racks were loaded at the same time, and generally all cook very evenly, other than the colour, with the bottom rack being the first to get that smoked kissed ๐, middle, then top
The cheese gets staggered, take the burgers as we need off, and then throughout the day we start loading again, top to bottom
It's a tough gig, but someone's gotta do it
