🌿 Mix Sabzi - Nostalgia in a box 🌿

As a kid, my dad would sometimes take us along on his trips to other cities, driving down GT Road. We’d stop at these roadside dhabas, where simple dishes like daal and mix sabzi tasted like magic. Sitting by the roadside, with the aroma of methi in the air, it was pure joy.

Now here I am in Australia, with the same familiar aroma filling my kitchen. It brings me back to those journeys, those moments with my family. It’s amazing how a dish can bring the past to life, turning memories into flavors. 🇦🇺➡️🇵🇰
