I am an inclusive, modern Authorised Celebrant who’s embarrassingly passionate about celebrating peoples’ stories. Actively involved in the LGBTQI+ scenes in the UK, Europe, and Australia I have been involved in a wide range of events, public speaking and production management in both a corporate and festival setting. As a native Melbournian, who also calls London and Berlin home, for me the light

bulb moment of wanting to become a Celebrant was when one of my favorite couples got engaged shortly after the UK opened up its arms to marriage equality, and I just knew that I wanted to be a part of the story. And I really do adore love stories. As an incurable romantic I want to work with people that are up for making their ceremony something incredible; a ceremony to remember above all else, and a day for you, and me, to celebrate - hopefully with as many laughs and smiles as possible along the way. What a big week! Star Wars day, Revenge of the Fifth and of course, April and Pete’s one year wedding anniversary 1️⃣

Celebrating their love on May 4th 2024, it was a big day for them and their families. It was a day celebrating love, unity and the galactic empire with hand made lightsabers for each of the guests.

Every day I talk to people about creating their wedding day to be exactly that… a celebration of love and life. And that’s exactly what April and Pete did.

8 YEAR CELE-VERSARY 🪩🎉🎂

Today marks eight years being a celebrant!!! Woo hoo!!!

It’s still the best decision I’ve made while being out, and with over 350 couples married I still love it.

Do I get it right every time? No. There are mistakes made and feedback given. And ones I’ve stopped crying I try and take those lessons and make the next wedding even better.

I’m back at this weekend and can’t help but remember how utterly gorgeous my last wedding there was.

Lori SLAYED in a blue minidress, full length veil and the biggest smile ever on her face. Sam looked like the cat that had gotten the cream as he smiled from ear to ear the entire day 🩵

I’m back at one of my fav venues today, .wool.mill in Brunswick. And as it goes every time I go back to somewhere I love, I am reminded of the weddings that I’ve been invited to be a part of before. So of course it took me back to Karlene and Jason’s beautiful celebration.

Karlene and Jason first met through the power of online dating. Which to me feels kind of right… I mean leave it to an Aerospace Engineer and a Finance Manager to be set up by an algorithm. There just feels something magic about that.

Having swiped right on each on Bumble in March 2019 they got to chatting and instantly clicked. Within a few weeks the time had come for them to meet in person and met up for a drink at Hello Jose in West Melbourne.

Karlene’s first impressions of Jason were that he was shy and quiet, but she quickly realised how wrong she had been. Whereas Jason’s first impressions of Karlene were that she was smart, funny and self assured with a beautiful smile and a positivity that was infectious. And he was in every respect, right.

That night they shared their first conversation, their first laughs, and their first kiss.

Around that time Karlene had bought a house in Reservoir, her childhood neighbourhood, and Jason had helped her move in. What she didn’t realise though was that Jason had also kinda moved in too. He started off by staying every now and then, which soon became every weekend, until they made it official and he moved in permanently in 2020. And the magic has just continued to grow.

Hope you had the most magical winter wonderland honeymoon, and still reminiscing about your day 🍯🌙

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 “Could not speak more highly of Precious as a celebrant!!!!!!! In the lead up, Precious was so supportive, responsive, and eased our nerves greatly. On the day, Precious took charge of areas we needed help, made us laugh, kept the vibes high, and delivered such a special speech talking to our relationship.

What an unbelievable skill it is, to be able to make a couple feel like they are the only people you are working with, when you do this multiple times a week!!

Thank you so so so much for everything you did for us to make our day so wonderful, Precious ###xx”

Married 11/4/25 💍

On the worlds most perfect April day, Em and Chris got married. In front of their two little boys, their family and their friends they celebrated their love and danced wayyyyy into the night.

The was the perfect backdrop for their wedding, and and captured the day so perfectly. The speeches were the perfect mix of dad jokes, humour and love, and their best people made sure the dad moved seamlessly.

Thanks again Em and Chris for asking me to marry you and stay on to emcee the night 💛💛💛

It’s coming to the end of the main wedding season down here in Victoria, but that doesn’t mean that things are getting quiet. Enquiries are coming in and planning is underway for winter and spring weddings.
