It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Fun Trails Jess will be closing its doors for the last time on May 31st, 2024.
It is difficult to watch the business that we have worked so hard to build have to close.
But Unfortunately, due to the current state of the economy and the continuous rise in overhead costs, it is no longer financially feasible to stay open.
Hopefully we be back bigger and stronger in the future
But for now, it’s time to step back for a while.

But Before we say goodbye, we want to express our sincere gratitude to each and every one of our customers and supporters over the past 3 years and 4 months. Your unwavering support has been the backbone of our success, and we are truly grateful for your trust in our services.

While the closure on May 31st will be a somber moment, we take comfort in knowing that during our time in operation, we have brought joy, happiness, and opportunities to families and the community through our affordable balloon displays and We know we have made some truly special occasions and events possible because we didn’t attach a hefty price tag.

All existing orders that have been taken and invoiced will be fulfilled as promised.
However, ANY New orders taken from today until our closure will only be payable by cash as we finalise our accounts and closures.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter and all of the support over the years

And most of all we Thank you all for the love throughout this journey.

We have recently become aware of some reoccurring unfavorable feedback regarding our services on a local Mums Page stemming from an error on our part concerning gender reveal cannons provided for an event back on the 6th of March 2022.
Please note,
We took and still do take full accountability for this mistake, we felt so terribly sorry and heart broken for the couple about this mistake made and promptly issued many sincere apologies, along with a full refund, and understanding on the impact it would have had on the event. 😔😢😔😢
We also got our first negative review added to our page for this as was expected and called for
and this too was approached professionally with an explanation and with sincere apologises, This wasn’t something we just brushed off and sadness is felt within our souls still to this day over it.😔😢😔😢

So It is disheartening to still be seeing negative comments about our services two years later like we just brushed it off.
So We want to address this issue transparently and let everyone know that we have discontinued the sale of gender reveal cannons for some time now. This decision was influenced not only by the mentioned mistake but also by instances where the cannons failed to function as expected for other customers. As we do not assemble them on-site, we cannot guarantee them. However, we have always honored full refunds in such cases without the customer even having to ask and given sincere apologises.

So Should you come across any negative feedback, we want to assure you that we don’t deny this happened, but we do assure you that we took the correct steps to sincerely apologise, explain and to approach this situation professionally, and to promptly refund the mistake
But We are human and mistakes can and do happen sometimes sadly and just so you know, we still feel terrible about it to this day about it
We also, after this mistake we changed our processes in regards to harmony Test Results for our Gender Reveal balloon set ups so make sure only the gender results sheet is included and highlighted or just a slip of paper with the gender results so there is no confusion ever ever again!

So we hope this clears that all up
And if you see any future negative comments please report them to us because if it continues we will have to seek legal advise on what can be done

Hi guys
We apologise that we have been quiet the last week and half and haven’t been able to answer any of our incoming enquiries
Unfortunately that has been because I was taken out by this horrid flu going around and was bed ridden for days

And today is the first day I’ve been able to function without constant coughing fits and feeling faint

So now that I’m on the mend

📣 Hey there, amazing people! 🌟

We know it’s late, but we owe anyone that has sent us an enquiry a heartfelt apology for any inconvenience caused by our absence the Last couple of weeks. 🙏🏻
Life threw me a curveball with a mishap involving my foot, and we suspected it was broken. 😱 Thankfully, it turned out to be just a scare! 😅 However, I had to take some time off my feet to let the pain and swelling subside. 🦶🏻

Unfortunately, this meant that I was only fulfill our previously booked small orders and couldn't book any future orders until I knew when I'd be back on my feet. 🚫 But guess what? 🎉 I finally received clearance on Saturday to get back into action! 💃🏻
