Happening tomorrow!

Gold coin donation for morning tea and $3 for barista made coffee and milkshakes. ☕🧋

We are excited to host a Big Blue Table on the 30th of October in Mental Health Month alongside Life Skills Victoria. The idea is to host a morning tea, set a blue table, have meaningful conversations and raise funds to help those facing anxiety, depression, or su***de. 💙🫖🛋

Every dollar raised will go towards funding Beyond Blue’s Support Service. When someone feels alone or overwhelmed, or like they don’t know what to do next – no matter who they are, where they live, or what time of day it is – it’s vital that they know Beyond Blue is there for them.

The Coffee hub is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00am - 12:30pm located at 4 High Street Moe. ☕🧋

Coffee and cold drinks are only $3 with EFTPOS available and our café is pet friendly 🐾

So feel free to pop in for a coffee or join in our community programs, Chair yoga on a Tuesday and a walking group on the Wednesday.

The coffee hub is open every Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30am - 12:00pm.

The cast from Our Authentic Selves 2023 are flying back onto the stage this November with a new original performance art piece, “Our Authentic Selves- the Magic Edition”. This production will be nothing less than a gift from our soul to yours. ✨

In 2023 we incorporated humour, poignancy, joy and a touch of the absurd, to stare down stereotypes and ‘show up’ on stage, to share our lives and challenge narratives of what it means to have a disability. In 2024, we’re not staring down our diversity, we are REVELLING in it and inviting you to the party!

This year's performance will be held on the 9th and 10th of November. Pre-sale tickets will be available to purchase on the 11th of September, so get in early before it's too late! 🎭

Every Wednesday morning we have our amazing coffee hub open from 9:30am - 12:30pm to serve you all of your favourite hot drinks for only $3 in Moe!

We also have our weekly tails n trails walking group that starts at 9:30am and returns back at the hub at 10:30am!

The high street community hub was very busy in Term 2! 🤩🦮☕🧘‍♂️🌹

The hub re-launched the coffee hub on a Wednesday morning which saw lot's of new and old faces stop by the hub for a delicious coffee or two.

The hub additionally launched two free community programs to increase health and wellbeing. These two programs were Chair Yoga which is run on a Tuesday morning and a dog walking group called 'Tails n Trails' that links in with our coffee hub on a Wednesday morning.

On top of our amazing new programs, the hub got some new upgrades including our playground slide refurbished, new
playground mulch and the rose gardens freshened up thanks to the Moe Rotary Club.

And thank you to our new and regular hirers that use our space to provide great activities and opportunities for the local community.

Come along with either your fur baby or yourself for a beautiful walk through the Edward Hunter Heritage Bushland Reserve.

This walk is a self guided walk that starts and finishes at the high street community hub, located at 4 High Street Moe.

Coffee will be available to purchase after the walk. ☕

Well, this is the course for you!

Life Skills Victoria is currently offering a Certificate 1 in Work Education. During this course, you will develop skills to explore work options, improve employability and work readiness skills. and/or access pathways to further education. Additionally, this course will help you to learn about workplace expectations, OHS/WHS, teamwork, communication, problem solving, learn about self-development and how to develop personal vocational goals.

This week is National Volunteers week and the high street community hub want to give a big thank you to Alan and Rotary Club of Moe volunteers for giving our gardens and playground a nice makeover with fresh mulch, garden edging, weeding and fresh playground bark that is safe for our families! 🌳🌹🛝

Valuing connection is one of the hubs values and we thank Rotary Club for your connection and supporting your local community.
