JUST A HEADS UP GUYS , Anyone wanting a booking for any dates In August ,September or October ,there are only a few dates left available ,so if your thinking of booking anything big or small I suggest you do so asap and get your deposits paid and secure the date if available , I have already turned down a couple for certain dates , so I urge you to book as soon as you can ,I really hate saying no but I work on my own so can only do so much a day 😊 😀

Well yesterday's weather certainly tested me , gale winds and throw in some rain ,but I got the job done and it was very well received by the customer , events outdoors this time of year can be risky but yesterday the risk was worth it 👌🏻

Evening all ,I hope all the beautiful mums had a lovely day today I sure did 💕
Had a busy day yesterday with events so relaxed a bit today
This is also a post just to help people understand why I may be quiet on here with the lack of posts and also why some prices to some seem to expensive and I totally understand that I used to think the same until i started doing it
Making your balloons and events come to life isn't just a matter of grabbing a cheap bag of cheap, stinky balloons. I only use the best quality balloons available in my industry, and plenty of customers can agree they are very long-lasting
Then there is the prep the to and from messaging ,phone calls , the hours of inflating , painting ,sanding backdrops( this needs to be done often to keep them fresh ) ,making new backdrops , there is researching your colours so that you get exactly what you'd like, some balloon colours that are wanted are not a standard colour so some need to be double stuffed to get the perfect shade this takes alot of extra time .
On top of that I do all my own signage so there is more time making all the decals for these
Lastly, there is delivery ,set up , then return to remove it all , so when I'm not posting often believe me I'm definitely still here living my own little dream
This post is not whinging nor having a dig at anyone it just hopefully helps people understand a little more about what I do and what is actually involved in doing what I love (I also work alone whilst doing all this )

The week just gone was a nice quiet week ,making new backdrops , older ones getting fresh coats of paint ,and of course learning something new how gorgeous is this chunky knit baby blanket I made , they are sooo soft and snuggly , so these will be something else to keep me busy , and the postman to 🤣 least I'm keeping someone else busy while I buy more wool 🤦‍♀️🤣
