I’ve been so lucky this year to photograph so many gorgeous family portraits . 2024 is full booked and there are only a handful of 2025 summer holiday dates left ( 3 in January and 3 in February ) on the calendar. Remember I photograph 5 days a week and edit the others so no dates on the calendar means it's full to the brim. If you have a voucher or would like to book a session all links for booking are on the website . All sessions are booking months in advance with weekend dates for 2025 already filling fast. I was waiting at the gate today for my clients to arrive for their sunset session, just leaning against the jeep watching the clouds pass while the clock ticked away thinking about the session, the couple and pondering the editing pile that was waiting for me tonight that represents hours and hours attached to the computer. It had me question the notion of headspace and how sometimes if we have one foot in yesterday and one foot in tomorrow that we might miss the beauty right in front of us . Although it's easy to appreciate life through the camera it's hard to transfer that skill to the day to day to dwell in the quiet between milestones .....this image I took for me..... and anyone else who needs a reminder to slow it down and enjoy life frame by frame.

"I fall in love everyday with these mountains as I wander around the place camera in hand..sometimes with clients photographing a session and sometimes without, it's beautiful every moment in every weather but just on sunset as the last ray reaches the ranges curves always brings me to a halt. The child in me wants to hold their breathe to see if I can make the moment last longer....it never does but there is always tomorrow to try again," Cassandra Miller
