The team is working tirelessly and this week you can also make a difference partecipating in a charity event at Inspiring Minds Childcare…free event to collect founds for sick kids affected by cancers 😞 or you can find them at Dayboro state school celebrating the 150 anniversary…or involved in the gang at Clayfield College for a day on the green!!! Catch us before we will have a little break next week….😎

From today (Thursday) through Sunday you can find your favourite truck at QSEC (Queensland State Equestrian Centre) for the from 7am to 5pm everyday and Saturday till 8pm for the World Cup!!
Breakfast menu available from 7am to 10.30am

Today 6 years ago we were starting our life in a blue box called “flavours of Eataly”!! Nobody knew anything about us, our backgrounds or our dreams, our feelings and sacrifices we done to buy this dream… we been through so much, from floods to Covid, a surgery that out our chief KO with septicaemia for 21 days, but we always had our guards up and fighting!! After 6 years we must be thankful for where we are, all this is thanks to you all, from our so much loved customers to our staff, friends and family…and overall to people who trusted us as vendors in their music festivals and big events…we are truly grateful to everyone! We do believe in good food and our vision of let the young generation taste what’s real Italian cuisine is all about, still there!! We are also appreciative for the support of the aboriginal community that every time see our food truck come and try our food (I must say with big smiles) thank you soooo much, means a lot to us!!
