MVR Events aim to make your day perfect, by focusing on the details- so you will be able to enjoy your event, rather than feeling stressed and inundated with final tasks! We are available to attend your event on the day to ensure a smooth running, or to fix any problems,
should they occur. Sharing our ideas with you through Illustration boards, you will have a concept of the appearance of your event and how it will visually tie together. You can have as little or as much input as you would like. MVR events will plan the entire event for you, or help you with one or two specific aspects, like finding the prefect venue or the cheapest cake price! We will shape the event according to your budget, whether you’re on a tight budget and need someone to organize the best cheapest prices, or have a large budget and want to go all out! We will work with you and your price range. Once your event has been booked with us you will have access to Planning Pod, an online program that allows us to collaborate together and follow the progress of your event. You will be able to track your budget, view schedules, room layouts, guest lists and more.
