Custom Cater goes to venues to provide catering and wait staff for our clients' special events. I need someone that is available on weekends, as well as do food preparation in our commercial kitchen in Frankston North.
No experience necessary, but must be willing to be trained and work hard and smart. Need to be well presented for waitering jobs.
Must be fully vaccinated.
Do you or anyone you know buy take away daily because you can't cook?
I have a catering business in Frankston North, Custom Cater, and during Covid we can't do catering. So I am offering to teach people how to cook. (Once we can have people in the kitchen)
There is no charge - only the ingredients you buy.
You won't become a Masterchef, but you can certainly learn a few recipes to feed your family.

It's Time To Plan Some Celebrations
What does post Covid-19 look like? Party, party, party.
We've all missed out on celebrating our special events during lockdown, so it's time to put on our party clothes and get together with our families and friends.
Custom Cater survived - just. It's been a hard year for all, and I just had to keep reinventing our menus to get through this period. Our current promotion of Prime Roasts has been successful, and the reason for that is that we never compromised on quality, giving people the same quality that we do in our buffets. And it's been a hit, but now I can't wait to cook for 20 or more people, rather than 1s and 2s.

I know it's early, but we are already being advised that there will be limited availability of traditional Xmas fare - so secure your Xmas dinner now.
Nobody knows guest numbers that will be permitted due to Covid-19. We don't even have a menu or pricing yet, but last year it worked out at around $50 per person (children half price), but we do know that we will be limited in what we are able to deliver hot on Xmas Day.
What we are asking for is for our customers to give us an indication as to whether they would like to secure a spot. That is a starting point, so that we are able to pre-order turkeys, hams etc and ensure that our customers have a wonderful Xmas Dinner.

The following is the main menu, not including desserts. This was $50 per person, children under 4 no charge, children 4-15 half price. Then we adapted it according to particular preferences of each client. That’s the part that I don’t know yet whether I will be able to do.

In these Covid times, we have to adapt. So because our business - Custom Cater can't do catering for big events, we have decided to bring our buffet menu to you.
But we will not compromise on quality. When we say roast chicken, it is free range size 18, so a quarter of chicken is huge. Our slow cooked beef brisket is melt in your mouth and crisp skinned pork belly is delicious.

Custom Cater was established because so many people we spoke with, that were planning a special event, would tell us that they couldn’t find packages that they liked, or that suited their event. Custom Cater is all about designing the food to suit the event.
Well, we haven't been able to have special events for over 6 months now. I've been bringing people our ready to eat meals, including dishes that I've been providing my clients at their functions.
Now I would like your input - What would you like to see on our menu? I would be happy to add your suggestions to our weekly menu. The person who suggests the most popular menu item will receive their next order free of charge up to the value of $50.

Father's Day is very different this year. So to help you show your Dad how much you care, we have beautiful platters we can deliver to him.
Custom Cater is offering delicious, customised platters to deliver to your Da on Father's Day.
We have savoury and sweet. You can select items and we create the platter. Savoury items $2.50 each. Ribbon sandwiches with smoked salmon and cream cheese, chicken and chives, beetroot and feta tarts, mini quiches, vegetarian spring rolls, Vietnamese rice paper rolls, prawn ci**rs. Sweet items $3.50 each. Mini macarons, scones with jam and cream, double chocolate cupcakes, berry muffins, shot glasses with chocolate mousse and berry panna cotta. You can add a split (1/2 size) champagne or a bottle of Corona for $10 or a bottle of Penfolds shiraz for $20 . We wrap them in cellophane and can add a personalised card from you.
