We couldn’t have been happier with the catering at our event! Every guest raved about the food, especially the incredible bang bang prawns and the perfectly cooked, carrots and MOUTH WATERING juicy lamb. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional; we were honestly blown away by how the food looked just as beautiful as it did in the photos. The grazing board, the endless canapés, and the delicious dinner left our guests’ hearts and bellies full. Thank you for making our celebration unforgettable – everything was truly outstanding! Thank you for your amazing customer service and Lara for taking care of our requirements too! You all went above and beyond! and that’s why we would recommend you to anyone in Mudgee and beyond!!

I love holidays, a time to reset and let the creativity come to life!!
I’ve been working a small menu revamp. Once I would pull out all the cooking books and magazines for inspiration, see what’s trending and what sticks out to me. These days I tend to turn to Insta, my feed is always filled with food and amazing content! I saw a smashed potato post which got me thinking 🤔 formulated a plan, troubleshooting some issues and we have a new canapé!
Potato latkes with lemon crème fraiche and smoked salmon…
I particularly love the crispy edges on the potato, and the paired back simple look of these. They are also Gluten Free which is a winner!!

I don’t think we have ever had two the same with Tanya’s ever growing florals adorning the platter, probably her favourite party of the wedding day😂
