Did you know you only need 5 people to get married and can do it while out for lunch or in the comfort of your own home?

My ‘Party of Five’ service is for the people that want to just get married quickly. All you need is yourselves, 2 witnesses that are over 18 years old and me! ❤️‍🔥

It will take about 5 minutes and then you can meet up with your loved ones to celebrate or continue the reality tv show on netflix! 🥂

Just had a look through Ellie and Loch’s wedding gallery and the memories of this gorgeous day are coming back! It was such a perfect sunny day at and the afternoon couldn’t be more perfect for these two. 🤍

The ceremony started with their little cherubs running down the aisle greeting Dad and having some laughs and a few tears as they made their promises to each other. 🥹

Just had a sneaky look at Jessica and Dileep’s gallery and I’m in LOVE. 😍

It was such a perfect day by Horseshoe Bay in Port Elliot to elope these two and do a legals only ceremony with their immediate family in person and by Facetime to witness it! 🤳🏻

A big shoutout to the Allison family for welcoming me as their celebrant and being such beautiful people to spend time with! It felt like I was surrounded by friends when we were popping champagne and signing the papers to make it official ♥️

This is a great and fun way to figure out who goes first with their vows! ♥️

Yesterday was absolutely stunning! I had the best time marrying these two lovelies.

The afternoon started with Aaron arriving to the venue and the nerves and excitement kicking in. As we were waiting with his groomsmen and waiting for Amber to walk down the aisle I witnessed something special. 🫶🏼

It seemed that his nerves disappeared as soon as he made contact with Amber. Her smile, energy and the love that they had for each other truly showed. 🥹

I’m so happy that these two have found each other and have promised to be each others forever. ♥️

🌻 DOM & ADAM 🌻

I was immediately obsessed with these two as soon as I saw their matching tattoos to represent each other. They had their beautiful ceremony with their closest family and friends on a perfect Saturday afternoon. ♥️

What I loved was how content and calm the both of them were before they said their “I do’s”. It was all smiles, giggles and just being so loved up during their ceremony. 🥹

What is even better is that they get to celebrate their marriage with the amazing news of welcoming a little baby in October! Huge congratulations to these lovelies 👶🏻

I AM FAT POSITIVE! ♥️

Being Fat Positive is to break the stigma of having to lose weight before your wedding day. I believe the thought of ‘having to’ rather than ‘want to’ can be unhealthy mentally.

Slowly your confidence can deteriorate if you cannot achieve to do so because of the added stress of planning a wedding, working, being a parent or just simply not wanting to lose weight to begin with.

Together, let’s start by:
♥️ Admiring more brands that are size inclusive in the wedding industry.
♥️ Using positive language when it comes to size and describing yourself.
♥️ Most importantly, NEVER asking someone if they are planning to lose the weight!

🔥 How many people actually use a civil celebrant? In 1973 when Civil Celebrants were appointed, only 2% of couples used a Civil Celebrant. More than 80% of couples today choose to have us on their wedding day!

🧮 How many Civil Celebrants are there? There are over 10,000 celebrants out there! With many Civil Celebrants registered today, it is important to find someone that you both connect with.

♥️ Do you only do weddings?
Celebrants are qualified and trained to do many different types of ceremonies such as:
* Wedding Ceremony
* Baby Naming Ceremony
* Commitment Ceremony
* Vow Renewal Ceremony
* Funeral Service
and so much more!

📚 How do you become a Civil Celebrant?
A Registered Celebrant undertakes a Certificate IV in Celebrancy which includes 13 units of study, a legal test and performance reviews. After study is completed, they then apply to be registered with the Attorney-General’s Department.

This month has been a perfect way to start my journey as a marriage celebrant. I’ve received the warmest welcome from the community and other celebrants and it has made journey nothing but amazing.

After being on maternity leave for nearly 2 years, this month was a learning curve. I learned to go with the flow and enjoy the chaos that comes with a toddler while trying to be a celebrant. A big thank you to my husband, my family and the holy grail of all places.. childcare. Without them this month may have looked very different!

The Celebrant Society deserves a round of applause- in just a month I have so many more tools, laughs and Cele-friends. It was amazing to be part of their workshop when Roxy and Dee came to Adelaide. 📸

But, I am going to get deep for a moment and not sugar coat things. This month has also been one for bad news, especially with what is happening here and around the world. I would be lying if it hasn’t affected me mentally and I believe that I am not the only person feeling this way. It has made me stand with my values a lot firmer, it has taught me to still move forward but also how it is okay to take a moment to process what has happened.

I want nothing more than people to feel included and loved. I will stand by you no matter what faith, race, culture or sexual orientation; everyone deserves to be loved and respected.

Thank you for all the people in the wedding community and friends & family for being my support in my highs and lows. Here’s to cherishing the good moments, learning, being a kind human and a celebrant! 🫶🏼

HELLO LOVELY PEOPLE!

I haven’t actually introduced who I am yet, so I thought I’d share some info about me, and give you a glimpse of what else I do. 🙄 My name is pronounced like feta with a Y. Yep, like the cheese. It also translates to ‘Enough’. 🧀 Speaking of cheese, charcuterie board is best without it. It taste yucky except on a pizza. ✈️ One of my favourite places to be is Türkiye. Our last trip was absolutely magical - got to explore with my family, saw two precious people get married and the food, ahhhhmazing. 👨‍👩‍👧 I have a pocket rocket of a child named Ava. She keeps me on my toes. Thank goodness for my husband, @jacobjenningsphotography_ . Was lucky to be able to marry my best friend and couldn’t imagine anyone else to do life with. 🫖 I always start and end my day with an English Breakfast Tea with many coffee’s and snacks inbetween. 📺 If I am to start a TV series I am most likely to finish it or repeat it 14793 times. Currently watching Greys Anatomy and I cannot get enough. Some please message me so I can rant my thoughts! 🌶️ Family is everything for me. I see mine nearly everyday whether it is a FaceTime or in person. I also manage the family’s business on insta, go check it out - @krproduce 🍑 No matter how much I try, I cannot say the word ‘asked’. Sounds like I just say ass.. whoops.
