Just complete a Grazing table for a baby shower today.
Since all the guests were sitting at a Boho table, we thought presenting the grazing table on High Tea platters would make it easier for all the guests.
This is the first time we presented a grazing table like this.
I think it looks stunning.

Our last day on the cruise, we treated ourselves to the ships fine restaurant for lunch.
The menu did not disappoint.
We are also booked in for dinner.
Any of these dishes could end up on our degustation menu.

On the Carnival Splendors menu, almost every evening they have a dish that is labelled "food you always wanted to try, but haven't yet dared...."

I thought I would dare and share them with you.

I will add to this post everytime I try a new dish.

Our latest Degustation at Tynan Wines.
This one was a Christmas theme and by the sound of the noise that night everyone had a great night.

We just delivered this beautiful Grazing Table for 14 people on the weekend to celebrate a 70th Birthday.

Cost: $100/person + booking fee.

Draft Menu:
🍜 Course 1: Trio of Tastings: Savoury-Sweet Betel Leaf, Achar pickle, Yuzu Cherry tomato
🍜 Course 2: Beef Brisket Pho, topped with bean shoots, basil, coriander, lime, chilli, hoisin and sriracha sauce
🍜 Course 3: Black and white sesame crusted Tuna Tataki with ponzu dressing, served on shredded daikon, apple, mint, coriander, pomegranate Arils and lemon
🍜 Course 4: Vietnamese Lemon Grass Pork Belly. On Coriander infused vermicelli noodles with nuoc cham.
🍨 Palate Cleanser Champagne Granita
🥮 Course 5: Vietnamese Coffee Flan
