Hello everyone as bake day is fast approaching again for a new week of baked goods I’d just like to mention a couple things.
Firstly thank you for all your support it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Secondly as I am the one and only baker I can only produce so much in the time I have. I will always have something available every Tuesday and then from there when I have spare time up my sleeve to produce some more goodies I will inform you on Facebook when things will be available. I’ll do my best to have fresh products 2-3 days a week.

For a fact I know that there will definitely be no products on weekends and Mondays

Just incase there are any vampires still around from Halloween these pull apart breads have extra cheese and extra garlic with garlic paste mixed into the dough.
Today is also the last day of bread for the week and will be back next Tuesday.

So I’m a huge lover of the classic Vegemite cheese scroll and I’m a huge fan of cutting mine in half and putting it in the toaster and smothering it with lots of butter! So to save buying multiple scrolls I decided to just make one big loaf. They will be available tomorrow for you to try in the honesty box!

Last day to get some goodies until two weeks

It’s a rainy day! And you know what we still have a couple things in the freezer today if we want some warm brownies and ice cream while watching movies or pizza and cheesy garlic bread

We will have all the goodies tomorrow morning instead of Tuesday. We will have extra of everything as there will be no bread next week. So stick up while you can. Everything freezes perfectly if need be.

This is all we have left until next week. I had a little extra time up my sleeve this week so extra bread it was. 2x cheese and garlic and 2x brownies. Thank you everyone and we will be back next week. Hopefully with some sourdough hahaha

Oops even bakers have their days 🤦‍♀️ little mishap with the sourdough so unfortunately there won’t be any available for tomorrow.

Not to worry though plenty of brownies and white loaves will be available along with some tasty cheese and garlic pull apart bread instead of sourdough please forgive my silly brain 🤪

Because of such a beautiful response to the honesty box and I don’t want people to miss out I will be doing some more for this Tuesday coming as well as the next. Thinking of some special flavoured sourdough to spice things up 😉 put in your calendars. Open from 5am to 4pm

Our packs of brownies cut perfectly for school lunches allowing everyone to have a piece of the crunchy bits and soft fudge brownie all at the same time. We will have brownies available again next week on Tuesday the 10th along with fresh bread just in time to put a few slices and sandwiches in the kids lunchboxes.

Second day bread still just as good but just discounted! We don’t want things going to waste. Brownies still fresh and also a dry mix in there if you’d like to do some baking yourself.

Bitta sweet co is branching into bread.
Yes you read that correctly! I have started an honesty box and it will be ready and fully stocked to those who are already passing by or wish to make a special trip. Making it easier for locals who wish to not travel so far for a loaf of bread and milk or those who wish to collect some of their favourite brownies and more. The honesty box will be stocked every second Tuesday morning and until stock runs out for the week. No holds and no orders. There will be a cash box available but pay ID or PayPal is preferred. We expect all those to collect from the honesty box to be honest and pay what is owed. (We will know who is and who isn’t) located collinsvale area message for details
